ORDER CANCELLATION
Once An Order Has Been Placed, We Try To Get The Order Shipped Out To You ASAP. Usually With-In 2 Hours Of The Order Being Placed. That Leaves A Small Window Of Time For You To Get An Order Cancelled. If You Need To Cancel An Order, Please Contact Us Within 2 Hours Of Placing The Order. Once An Order Has Entered The Shipping Process, We Will Not Be Able To Cancel It. If Your Credit Card has been charged for the order, You will be subject to a 10% CC Usage Fee. You Can Return The Order To Us As Per Our Return Policy Stated Below.

PARTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

If You Receive a Part(s) that has been Damaged in Transit:
1.) Immediately Contact the Shipping Company (UPS or USPS) with Your Information.
2.) Contact Us via Email or Phone (941)575-8135 Between The Hours of 9am – Noon / Eastern Time / Monday – Friday
(Have your order information on hand)

3.) Once the Damage Claim Process has been Started, We Will Make Arraignments To Have A Replacement Part(s) Shipped to You.


WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TYPE OF RETURNS:
1.) For Parts Damaged By The Customer.
2.) Shipped to us By The Customer (that have been damaged in transit to us!)
Customer is Responsible For item(s) Once they Receive them from us!
INSURE YOUR RETURNS AND PACK THEM ACCORDINGLY!

As of January 1st. 2006, Water Filters Are Now Classified As An Accessory Part Which Means:
The Manufacturer’s DO NOT ACCEPT Warranty Claims For Water Filters And Other Accessory Parts.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT Returns on Used – Installed or Opened Water Filters and Accessory Parts.
